Our Services

At MyAdvancedCare, we provide a host of services designed to help our clients live independently. We evaluate each person to discover their unique situation and then design the perfect plan for them.

Our clients go on to live rich lives, become part of the community, and live up to their best potential every day. It’s part of our mission that everyone is seen as a person and not a disability. Our goal is that our clients experience total freedom in our society.

Accomodation

Finding the right place to live is an important part of becoming a whole person. You don’t want to be dependent on your family or default to an institutional setting. We will help you find accommodations that you can call home. This will help you become as independent as possible.

Daily Tasks/Shared Living

Whether you live on your own or with another disabled person, we teach you the skills you need to live your life to the fullest. That means working together to make sure the home is neat, clean, and well maintained. We will also teach you daily tasks like shopping and running errands.

Innovated Community Participation

Being part of the community means participating in social activities. Through our customised programme you will learn what your contribution can be, so that you become a member of the community and feel connected. It will also enhance your joy at being a part of daily life!

Life Skills

Up until now your family may have done nearly everything for you, so there are some skills you need to master if you are going to be living on your own. We want you to learn these life skills for yourself, which is why we assist our clients in developing meal plans, speaking with utility companies, and organising your daily tasks.

Social And Community Participation

Learning how to get along with others can be challenging for a disabled person. We work with our clients to develop the skills necessary to attend live events like concerts or sporting matches, go to the movies, and even do volunteer work and other community activities.

Centre Based Group Activities

Sometimes the best way to move forward toward living on your own is to work at a pace that ensures success. We encourage doing activities as a group with other disabled people, and organise group activities at our centre, so that can help you get used to spending time with other people. Then gradually, you can eventually become part of the larger community as you head out on your own.
